We don't have this option to add for voting yet. Pleae keep a lookout for such a feature!
If you have an account with MyHeritage.com, login and go to the My Profile section. This is located at the top right corner of the page. Here you will have an album section. Delete any collage images from here. This will keep any images appearing for votes.
