Make Celebrity Collage Problems

When I click the Make Celebrity Collage button on the toolbar, a blank, white box opens at the top of my screen, but nothing else happens.  Does anyone know why it's doing this and how to make it work?

 Thanks!

Hi,

If you fail to generate the collage, it might be due to the amount of traffic to our Site.

My Celebrity Collage button does NOTHING.  I tried to diable the toolbar then re-enable it and still when I click it doesn't do anything.  The celebrity collage won't let me access it through the site either... it directs me to the tool bar, which doesn't work. Help! Does anyone know how to fix this???

Try using a different photo file,

it might be a temporary connection issue,

or a photo size issue.

I downloaded the tool bar and the celebrity collage won't show up.  It has a big blank white box.  I tried downloading under firefox and it won't show up on there at all.  YES I deleted my cookies and cleared my webbrowser

Thanks

Dear Kate

Were you ever able to sort out your problem with Adobe Flash Player.

I dont seem to find anyone on the forums that has ever been helped with this problem!!! I am thinking of deleting my website and moving on!

Regards

Cynthia

Try to add adobe.com as a trusted site in your anti-virus program.
