Green leaf missing
Andrea Bednářová
- Close
Hi, I don´t know what I have done but suddenly I can see in my family tree (on-line, I don´t use family tree builder) only me, my parents, their siblings and grandparents, but the ancestors of my grandparents are not visible (the "green leaf" is missing).

As well as on the left side, at the list of names, only a few names are seen (it is written, e.g. 80 persons of 600) - where is the rest, that 520 names? What do I have to do to let them appear? Thanks a lot for your help. Andrea

Your information is there. It hasn't been lost. If you use the People page ot search the missing persons you will be able to use "show in tree" to reach them. The problem is a temporary issue with the online tree display. We're working on fixing it right now. Sorry for the inconvenience.

How temporary will this missing leaf be?

The problem still exists! = The leaf is still missing!

And since yesterday does not "show in tree" work correctly, sometimes it works, sometimes not (especially when selected from the ( )-button on persons box in tree).

Hi,
the next time you log in and find someone missing,
please let me know exactly who this person is,
and what are the exact steps you took when you tried to find him in the tree,
so that I will be able to reproduce the problem.
