This sounds like a glitch indeed in our detection of Flash. It's also possible that on your browser cookies or Javascript are disabled -- both need to be enabled for our site to work well. Can you kindly visit www.browserhawk.com in your browser and post here which version of Flash it thinks you have, and whether cookies and Javascript are reported as enabled? This will be displayed at the top of the page. Based on your response we'll be able to troubleshoot this. If you're told that Javascript or cookies are disabled, try enabling them in your browser settings, empty your browser's cache and then visit our site again.

Ok, here's what you do to fix the problem with your browser not recognizing Flash.

Go to http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/knowledgebase/index.cfm?id=tn_14157 and download the general uninstaller (uninstall_flash_player.exe).  Make sure you have all applications that use Flash closed before running this app.  You can read the Adobe technical paper about this error at the following link: http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/knowledgebase/index.cfm?event=view&id=KC.4da116d3&extid=4da116d3&dialogID=178184260&iterationID=1&sessionID=96301907d43a5425674e&stateID=0 0 36741153&mode=simple
