Hard to explain?

this could be long winded.

I noticed on my tree one of my brothers daughters who has 2 partners with 6 children between them was showing only 2,  with 1 partner she has 4, also it is not showing the other partner when displaying the tree. I checked on my computor to see if I had changed it on the master tree and found that I had not. I then did a people search for the person and he was on the list so I loaded the tree from there and he was displayed with the correct data, I then clicked on the leaves to go to the partners branch and it displayed that side of the family, when I clicked back to his branch it dissapeared but when i clicked on the breadcrumb trail at the top I got the original display.

I then loaded the tree from the family tree page and it was the same and didnt display the daughter with 4 children, so this got me stumped so I thought I would recreate them on the tree and delete the originals, this then seems to have uncovered more problems. The family I created didnt show up on the tree, I have created this family as another brother to me, when I did a search for this brother that I had just created he was on the people list and I displayed him. from this search he appeared as my brother and was shown on the tree.I then loaded the tree from the main tree page and he wasnt there. Taking this a stage further I gave mself and the present wife a couple of test kids. When I displayed the tree from the tree page it shows the rest of my brothers and sisters with their partners and their kids but the kids I had just given myself were not there. when I click on my wifes leaves for her branch they are displayed.

I did a search for my test kids and displayed the tree from there and it was like a compleatly different tree from that which is loaded from the main tree load, it displayed all the details with my test kids and my extra brother

Why does it not show the 4 kids of my brothers daughter?

why does it not show her partners?

And why does it not show the test kids I gave my wife when all the other generations for the rest of my family are shown.

If you can understand that I would be grateful for an answer, If you need to go into my site to look and understand, you have my permission

Thanks Colin.

It is doing the same thing to other members of the family, one of my other neices, when the main tree loads she hasnt got a partner, (or even a leaf to see her side of the family) but she has a partner and a child, so basically it is not displaying the correct information

Hi Colin,

We are aware of this bug.

Large trees are sometimes not displayed correctly online. You actual data is intact though, don't worry.

We are now making some changes to the Flash application of our Site, to handle such large trees. These are infrastructure changes, and as such will take a few months.

I will let you know as soon as this problem is fixed.

Regards,

Noam \ MyHeritage Team

Thanks for the reply,

If I load the tree up from my Father it displays all the correct info. I could for now put My father as main person.
