When changing photo titles, they need to change on the photo in both the album you move them into, and in the "Recent Photos" album. When I upload a photo, I upload it into an album, & sometimes (usually) have to rename it. But then it's still got the goofy name, like "5 x 7" in the Recent Photos album. Many family members, I'm sure, that aren't savvy with navigating the albums & photos, & will not know who the person titled "5 x 7" is.
Or....make an option to remove the photos in the Recent album. That needs to be an option either way.
I would like to understand the exact steps you are making, so that I can reproduce this problem.
You published a photo from Family Tree Builder (FTB) - was it in an FTB album? was it published to the Family Photos album online? Did you more it to a different album online? which album?
I'm having a similar problem. For example: I upload a photo named "philipp" to an FTP album; Then I edit the title of the photo to "philipp's marriage" and ok. Then i publish it to the site. When I open the site, the photo appears with the original filename in the album as well as at the homepage instead of the new edited title.
I know that is possible to rename the online photos but it's not enough because the thumbnails at the homepage will remain with the wrong title. It's important to say that this process has worked fine in another attempts. Why does it happens sometimes. Is it a kind of bug?
