I would love a feature like this as well. Furthermore a great idea would be a tool that would automatically (or at the click of a button) search the web (google, LinkedIn, Facebook, MySpace, other family tree websites[!] and obituaries) for matching names. Just like you have the feature for SmartMatches that rate the quality of the match based on name, birthday, etc... having the ability to search the web for matching information would be awesome.
PS, I recently subscribed to the Premium edition and I enjoy the new features, plus the ability to upload all my names to the website. Offering the free version has kept me hooked until I was ready to bite on the paid edition, so good work developing the software and the marketing. Thank you.
Thanks, hoping that you could possibly have it integrated in similar to the SmartMatch function where, if viable information is found, it alerts us and lets us choose to Accept or Reject the match validity. This is a good search tool to start with when I have time though. Having time to do the searching is the hard part and therefore making it automated would be pleasing! If you ever consider developing it, that will be very good. Otherwise, I'll use the current tool when I have time.
