Not saving properly

For over a year MyHeritage worked fine.  Since I re-installed it after it could not find my removable hard drive, it's doing weird stuff.

When I go into a name, it looks ok, when I right click, it says there are 40 siblings 3 spouses and 19 children.  Even though there are the correct number when you look at them saved.

Another thing that happened.  A female spouse ended up next to another female.  I didn't put it there.  I just wonder what other stuff is jumbled up now.  Regards Jean

I've just checked, all my names are all over the place, why has this happened?

I think I will have to go through them all and get another program, this is a mess!    Months of work down the drain.

Hi Jean,

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble.

You have a back up of your entire project in your Family Site, from October.

If you are not able to use your project in FTB, you can always recover it from the site:

How do I get my tree back after my computer crashed?

but first, you can send me your project, i'd like to try and see what went wrong.

Go to File > Manage Projects in the program

Export the relevant project into a package, and send it to noam at myheritage dot com,

without the photos.

Regards,

Noam \ MyHeritage Team
