Places of birth not displaying all locations - Forums

after logging onto the website, on home page there is a link for Go to family stats.

When I go there and browse through different charts, at one place data is not shown correctly.

On the chart Reports>Family statistics : Places Places of birth. This chart only shows 3 countries where as the maximum birth happened in India but it's not shown here. I have selected Asia tab also in this chart still no luck

Please help.

Hi Manish,

To fix this problem,

open Family Tree Builder,

double click on your card

click on the small light-bulb icon next to the place of birth input field,

choose 'New Delhi, India' from the list

and choose to make this change in all other instances in your tree.

Now publish the tree, and the statistics will show India as well.

hi noam,

here i am again. i got the green tag (no yellow bulb) for all of the hundreds birth places in germany regarding my ancestrals and relatives. however i cannot see them on my statistics. it occurs only for germany, since i can see all the other locations (brazil, paraguay, netherlands etc) on my statistics.

Hi Rodolfo,

For example, double click on the card for person ID 9,

click on the green icon near the place of birth,

choose the suggestion from the list, and click OK.

Now publish the project - do you see the place in the relevant statistic?
