Hi,

My photo albuns are marked with Private (only members) but one of them has 73 anonymous visits. Why?

Please enter the album and Edit the Album. Scroll down to the bottom of this screen.

Then UNcheck the box that says "Default (as configured by Webmaster). Change the album to private.

Directly underneath that, there are two boxs that should be UNchecked. One is "Make this album shared" and the other is "Make this album public".

As long as they are not checked and the webmaster configuration is set to private no one but your family members will be able to view the photos.

I keep trying to make my whole family tree private and I'm unable to do it. I'm using another web browser and without logging in or anything I can browse around my family tree and see many of the pictures (even though I marked my photo album non-public). Can you please give me the instructions to make sure all information in the family tree (names, pictures, notes, relationships) are private and can only be found/traversed by a member of the tree?
