Hi, i need your help because I have formated mi hard disk and couldn´t save mi MyHeritage database. I want to help me to recover from the web page.

Hi if you go to your site, and select family tree then manage tree on that page it gives you the option to download the tree.

 I hope this helps if im correct if not maybe someone else knows

Dear Colin

I did that you say but don´t appears download option, just view. I´m using the free version of this program, I don´t know if the premium version has the download option.

I hope you can help me again or tell another guy to do it.

Hi,

 

You need to be logged in as the Site Manager to download the tree.

Try to log out, and log in again with the email address with which you opened the Family Site.
