when smart matching and there is another person which is not on my tree and I try to add, the program keeps crashing. if I have been working on other merges they are not saved.
also when trying to merge and there are 2 people with the same name (brother/sister) it keeps trying to match with the other person.
ie joe died at birth 1847, next male born named joe possibly the same year or lated it merges with the wrong one, when I put with other person manually it still goes wrong.
when I tried to unmerge so I could correct it still says merged and I change status and it still it goes to the other person.
2nd part of the question has been solved, I had updated the smart matches but when the program crashed it reverted to a saved copy which hadnt been updated.
1st part of question still crashing when trying to merge from my brothers tree, it does the bit about microsoft send error message I tried to copy the details but would not copy.
