Smart match limitations

I have recently extended my tree and am no longer able to view all the matches I once could ie those with fewer matches. The page just seems to stop in the middle: at 5 matches to be exact, whereas previously it went all the way down to 1. Unfortunately the ones I can view seem to be the same ones found over and over again in various nearly identical trees. Can I extend the smart matches results to one more page ... I'm more interested in the ones with just 1 or 2 matches?

Hi Anne,

I've just notified technical support of this problem. I understand they're experiencing quite a backlog at the moment, but they will get back to you as soon as possible. If I find a solution before that, I'll post it here as and when I have it.

Has this problem been solved? I have looked and haven't seen any other news about this problem.

Our recently released new ranking system should give you the ability to see matches with the highest percentage of accuracy in your tree. This means that even if you have a high number of matches, the best ones will be at the top and the worst ones will be at the bottom. If your tree is large or you have a high number of matches, it is true that you may not see all the matches. The next major improvement in Smart Matching will allow you to see all the matches in your tree. We're working on improving the Smart Matching system in order to make it easier for you to work with your matches. There are several features like better search and sort and accept and reject functions coming up that should make Smart Matching more relevant for you. We'd love to hear more of your feedback as changes and improvements are released.

Here is an idea for future improvement. Make the tree with matches in them able to be closed so they are not in the search and do not show up in the top 200 trees. This will allow trees to be checked off as you use them.
