Publishing photos

When I publish my tree, I frequently get the message "Some photos could not be published:.  Why does this happen?  How do I know which ones have not been published? How can this be prevented? 

would appreciate any help - this is frustrating!

Dear Gail,

Can you please tell me which type of photos are you trying to upload and what is the size of those photos?

Furthermore, I would like you to send me the logs report of the Family Tree Builder (FTB) program.

To activate logs, go to Help > About Family Tree Builder, now right click on the window that opens (doesn't matter where) and you will get a few options.

Choose Start Logs and close that window. Try to publish the tree and when it's done, close any message that opens.

Now go back to Help > About Family Tree Builder. And click on Send Logs and send me the file called Send_logs_to_support.zip.
