I have had problems with my smart matches for almost two months. It took customer serv ice two weeks and three inquiries, to respond to my intial inquiry. A guy named Jaiel responded, but appeared to not know how to correct the problem. I paid for premium service, and I get no service when I need it. They have since been ignoring me.
Has anyone else had this problem? I'd like to know.
I agree 100% with you. I am tired of emailing to the so called customer service and not getting a reply. Of course they want to know ALWAYS when I will upgrade!!!!!

I keep receivng messages about once every couple of weeks telling me that I have Smart Matches. When I clck on the "To view this match. click . . ." links, My Heritage takes me to a page that tells me "No Smart Matching™ results were found for [peron's name].
This happens over and over again. I have written to customer "service" but have never received an answer. It's a major reason I don't update my tree and don't recommend MyHeritage to others.
I have same problem too, with mailed found but non existent matches. Mail comes, matches positive exists (sure, i know it), but SmartMatch on web nor in FTB reports nothing.
Yes i have had and still do, have the problem of them not replying back. Since my laptop hard drive died and using my husband's computer while the laptop is getting fixed i can't enter any of my up-dates info on my tree ' Heritage', won't open for me to do so, i think it's due to the builder that i got to have. So with having to download it, but doing so i'll have to re-enter all my data in to a new project 'my tree'. It's a shame that i couldn't just transfer it over or the builder would kick in on my exsisting 'my tree' that i already have up and let me get into it.
