Could an admin for the site PLEASE respond to this thread.
A number of people are getting the pop message "err" when trying the face recognition program. Myself included. This thread has been open for 4 days now without response. Could we please have a response or some "recognition" that you are at least aware of the problem?
I've attached a screenshot of the error.
Pop-up blockers disabled, flash player installed. Nothing wrong with the photo as I've even tried it with photo's that my friends have already used and received a results from.
We apologize for this problem. It was related to the latest version of Flash (v9) not working correctly for some users under some specific conditions. We have fixed this and you are welcome to visit the site and try again.
