SAME HERE! Sent 3 emails and NO response. Yet when I was online looking at another thing I HAD TO PAY FOR someone magically CALLED ME.....to talk me into completing the purchase!! Amazing eh! Can't answer my emails about getting a refund of my payments, but can call when they saw me online looking at something requiring ANOTHER PAYMENT!!! I have found virtually NOTHING on this site except from a relative, who I could have called and got the same answers. Instead I have spent NINETY POUNDS....for what??? Absolute waste of money this site it. Fortunately I saved the number of the person who called me....that will be my next step if I do not get an answer to my emails. Anyone else want the phone number?
I’ve been having trouble with My Heritage for over three months. I’ve emailed the ‘online service’ link and received no response or help.
I’ve paid for this service and I am not even able to use it. So, as promised in my last e-mail to the service center, I am posting my dissatisfaction on these forums.
Would I sign up for this program again?NO!Now I can’t even cancel my paid subscription.
I posted an online query, too - I think they may be really busy, but they finally did respond after about 3-4 weeks -- when I received the email finally, I almost deleted it as spam because it didn't come as from my heritage or FTB, but from an individual so didn't recognize it immediately - thank goodness I checked it before deleting....
did anyone on the boards help answer/resolve your question/problem, yet?
