Currently undergoing weekly maintenance

I've been reading this same message now for 8 days, and am getting a little bit sick of members at my site asking me why they cannot access the site, or why have I blocked them as members. I can access other members sites, and on a daily basis I notice that new members are joining but cannot get into my own paid for site.

What is going on up here as have sent to e-mails to My Heritage and no replies.

Hi Terry, Same with my account - It's been down for 8days with 4 attempts in contacting MyHeritage with NO response, not to mention there are no Phone numbers. I'm very upset and dissapponted I paid/joined such a site who performs maintenance without our conscent or any notification when to expect it back online. I have 10's of people each day asking when to expect it back online - kind of embarrasing..

I hate to think the worse that these guys have taken our money and months/years of effort in tree building and decided to packup..?

Very upset and disturbed George.

Нам наконец ответят или нет! Просто не прилично так долго молчать, тем более это возмутительно в отношении тех кто оплатил премиум. Дайте хоть какую нибудь информацию. Проблемы не только у оплативших премиум, но и у бесплатных сайтов. Надеюсь что все наладится.

Я кажется понял в чем проблема! Нам в очередной раз сократили лимиты! Если раньше можно было создать дерево состоящее из 500 человек, то сейчас только 250, зато увеличили дисковое пространство со 100 до 250Мб. У меня в дереве > 300 человек. Видимо по этому и не работает ((. Но ведь можно было поступить по человечески - запретить добавлять новых людей, а не блокировать сайт. Жаль. После такого отношения и платить не хочется, даже что бы не потерять кучу фоток и наработки, а ведь я уже почти решился на оплату. Прям шантаж какой то Cry

Hi Esther,

My site seems to be ok with the exception of Calendar Events.

It is only showing upcoming events which are for myself and my wife.

Other members have put in their dates of birth etc, but these are not shpwing in the events.

I have gone through all the settings in advanced mode, but nothing is wrong except that none of the others show. The Calendar worked perfectly until it was taken down for Maintenance and since then I have no control over it.
