I have same message when I try to access the site. I had an email saying that there was a problem with hundereds of family trees with this same issue. I was told it would be fixed in 2 days, that was 2 days ago. Let me know if you get any success.
Past few days, the only message I get when I log on to the myheritage site " Currently undergoing weekly maintenance please visit us after a few hours"
ow many is few hours? as I have tried logging in after 72 hours and I am still getting the same message.
Since I have launched my site only this week, I am getting continuous queries from all the members and I have no reply to give them - When will this "maintenance" be over?
Can somebody please help - how frequent is the weekly maintenance? If it is scheduled, can the members be notified in advance? When will the site be accessible?
