I have the basic Smart Match. Smart Match results are for only 1 family in my tree and it is not the Family Tree Name. Tree Name is Huddleston but Smart Matches are only for Surritt surname. How can I get Smart Matching on other family surnames?
From what I have found, the Smart Matching does all the finding for you. The more names/relatives you have, the more chances of finding a match. If there is someone with a family tree on Heritage that has names that match yours it will find them! It has even found similar names of people for me with the same date of birth.
