My cousin is the site manager for our family tree.

I am her assistant manager.

Suddenly, she is unable to access the photos in our family album.  Even the site photo on the welcome page does not show up to her.

She is the only one that cannot see these pictures.

Anybody have an idea of what the problem may be?
