I only want one tree. I have 5 on the site I can edit and One of the site that is the main one. I have gone into manage my trees and there is only one. When I go to the downloaded my herfitage it shows the main one and 4 others that shouldnot be there.
I end up not knowing which tree I am working on and get in such a mewss.
When a user writes us in the forums and also emails us directly, it is usually easier to answer the email, especially when we need to get more information concerning the user's site and tree that they might not want to have posted in the forum for everyone to see.

I wish there was an option other than confirm or reject. There are many people that do not have enough information to confirm or reject. There should be an option for "review for more information" or "review for addtional research".
I am trying to make my way through the matches and I can't always remember which ones I want to go back to when I have time.
I don't believe that other trees have been removed since the notified Smart Matches are for individuals in several other trees. Each Learn More I try leads, irrespective of which tree is involved to showing my personal information, instead of the notified individual in my and another's tree.
I see also that the only person in my tree that has a green icon is me, all the others that I used to have (several hundreds) have gone, vanished, died and dead!!
I presume that the problem is at the server of My Heritage.com which seems to have lost/removed all the green icons from my tree. Though I wonder if I did something to cause this to happen!!
I am using the free version of FTB (can't afford the Premium version). I have sent queries to owners of other trees to confirm some info, but have not received any replies. Do I have to purchase the Premium version to receive replies? If so is there a way I can contact them e.g. by email?

I have sent messages to a couple of contacts I found through Smart Matches, but have not received replies. Could it be possible that they have not received them? If this is the case, what other way can I make contact with them?
The computer is sending me "Smart Matches" trying to match up a person with his or her sisters or brothers. It gets to be a pain when there are 8 or 10 or 12 sisters and brothers. It wastes my time, my patience and my good will with myheritage.com. If your techies are any good they can fix this problem.

If you find that a match is wrong (sometimes siblings are matched with each other for example), just mark it as rejected. Marking the match as rejected will help you manage your matches, and will also help us understand that this should not be regarded as a Match in the future.
