I keep trying to generate a chart in style 5 and each time it comes up with only the bare text; no boxes, joining lines, pictures, border, background image or title decoration. What is going wrong, please?
Thank you for generating my chart but when I tried to do it on multi pages the same thing happened. Nothing between names but a couple of dots so you can`t see how people are related. In addition I saw that at least three people did not have their sir names or dates.
I need this chart to print and send to an elderly relative [who does not use a computer] who will in turn give me more information to grow the tree. There is no point in paying for a copy of the chart you generated because the tree is not yet finished.
MyHeritage is mostly so good and I thought that now I have upgraded to Premium plus I would have no problem generating charts. Am I doing something wrong or is it a problem with the site? The same thing happens whatever chart I try to generate.
Is it possible to have the address forms manually sequenced?
I am piecing addresses together from hundreds of documents and these are not in any date order. This means that the first address someone is registered at is possibly the third record in the persons information.
If i could sequence the addresses by date, it would be easier to read and assist in identifying gaps.
Right now, if you enter addresses on a person card's Contact tab, the addresses appear at the order you enter them. Thanks for suggesting to list them at the order of dates, I will pass this on for consideration.
Note that if you enter the address by adding Residence facts via the Facts tab, the facts are then ordered by date, and that could be a good workaround for you.
Has there been any progress with this suggestion? I think it would be a great feature to add. I know what I changed in the tree, but with large trees some small but interesting details might never be found by other family members.
On the Contact screen there does not seem to be a place to identify a source citation for various addresses at which a person lived during their lifetime. Can we have a Fact Citation button on this screen ? Thanks, Drew - Melbourne, Australia

I record persons addresses at various stages throughout their lives based on documents (e.g. census records, marriage certificates) . It would be good to record an address, a date of the address (which I can do), and the source of the address.
I installed version 5 and I think that using the TAB key to switch fields is not programmed quite right anymore. In my family tree I have name-only of parents of spouses. I used to be able to type the first name, tab, last name... then tab a bunch of times through birth date and directly to marriage date. But now, it skips over marriage date, goes back to name again, and on the second run though will TAB to marriage date properly.
I am certain this is an inconsistency with what I was doing in version 4 yesterday (I am in the midst of a massive amount of data entry) and I would hope it can be fixed immediately with a corrected update posted for download. Thank you very much!

To take a screenshot, press the print screen key on the keyboard, it is the key labeled as “PrintScreen” or "PrtSc". This will copy an image of the MyHeritage screen to your clipboard. Once you have done this, click the Windows Start button in the bottom left corner and run MS Paint. It should be under All programs > Accessories > Paint. Once it's open, click Paste from the Edit menu, or simply press CTRL-V. Now you can save the screenshot and attach it to an email and send it to me.
