A further enhancement for me, would be the ability to print a monthly calendar of all birthdays, anniversaries, and other dates, with the choice of which types of events to display. Also being able to choose whether to print for living or deceased relatives would be desirable.
Features to the calendar print would also be the ability to add photos of each relative on the date of the birthday, or a collage of photos of all relatives with birthdays in a month, as a picture page of the calendar.
I second Tahir's suggestion. I would also like to have the possibility to at least export myheritage events in iCal format, so that I can add them to my regular calendaring programs. It would be even better if I was able to subscribe directly to my myheritage event calendar, so that any changes that are made in myheritage would automatically be updated in my other calendars.
Thank you for your reply and interest in my question.
The Dynastree surname list had only surnames, ie Last Names. In Dynastree it was called "Surnames in My Family." For example in January 2009 it said that I had 764 different last names and 2316 relatives.
I believe one could then click on a surname for more details.
Unfortunately, at one point, Dynastree began to modify what it meant by "in my family." If at all possible I would like the list of surnames to be as complete as possible for the whole tree. In my case for all 4600 people and one dog, as of July 2011.
Later of course, it may be nice to have a list of surnames that summarizes a specific chart or report as selected from your current products. For example one could generate a list of surnames of all the ancesters of a given individual.
FTB really is the best. I have tried them all, even Ancestry's FTM, which is use only for an off line backup. FTB just visually works better than anything out there. FTB has info right in the persons box when expanded, much more visually efficient than listing names in vertical bars, with info in another panel off to the right, and big KUDOS !! for putting in the To Do List Management on v 5.x. I was one of those who made the suggestion, and you made that feature way more powerful than I was imagining, and Green check mark icon, SO, SO useful. I don't have to dig through notes, rereading to see if I'm really done with a record.
Now, how about those extra purpose icons, like some way to place upt to may 4 custom icons, which could mark anything like military veteran, to color coded paths through the trees.
All my offline work for past 3 years as been with FTB. Great Job Development Team, management, buy them some beer :)
Please make sure that the people you mention are marked as deceased in both of your trees. This will prevent sending alerts regarding their birthdays.

It would be wonderful if we could drag a box around multiple people in the chart and move them together. For example say I wanted to move the top row up. I could select all of people in the chart and drag them up all at once.
I would like to suggest an "undo" button! There have been times where I have accidentaly deleted someone from my tree say who had the same name, but which was the wrong one to delete. An undo button would certainly help! :)
As it is now the date is only shown as a ? if you i.e have typed "Before 18 feb 1818" . n many other places it is show as <18 feb1818 or in short <1818. If shown as suggested the comparence of Smart Matches would be easier in tree view and the need for clicking the persons to view info at left side would not be neccessary. On late Saturday I received 7000 new Smart Matches and it has taken me 4 day and I still not finished with reviewing them. It would save a lot of time if the date in any form was present.
<1818 = Before 1818
> = After
~ = About
Dont know how to handle "Between" if only one year is used. Maybe "><1818" where 1818 is the first date. I think it is the first date only that is showing today in this case.
When I usualy add people to my tree it is via the Family Tree page.
Usualy I enter thier initial detail only (dates, names...). However, sometimes I have more details I can add (workplaces, colledge degree, place of birth...). Problem arises because there is somewhat of an inconvenience adding these piecs of data from the Family Tree page (as Facts).
Can you please implement an easier way to add these facts via the Family Tree page? I know that these details & more can be added in the Profile pages of each family member, however, that makes our job of adding more data longer and not that intuitive.
