I've found on my site that Last Post in the message boards doesn't mean Last Post. I posted a new topic on one of my boards, and one of my members replied. It still says I have the last post, when I don't. I missed the reply for about 2 months because it didn't look like anyone else had posted.

A wizard will pop-up to walk you through the steps for creating it. At the end you will have to option to automatically post to your MySpace account (its a new feature we've added!) as well as others like Bebo, Friendster, Facebook, LiveJournal and more.
I've suggested this in emails to you, but thought I'd add it here to cover all the bases, and possibly get feedback from other members. I saw a Family Map on another website I was trying out. It was a lot of fun, and would be a potential draw for members, to get them more active. When a member would put their address in their profile, a flag would go on a map of the world in that spot. This is really fun for familes who are spread out, like most families using a website would be.
When I log into MyHeritage.com and then select my family page, a new window opens. There are a few other points that cause new windows to open for me. Soon I have 3 or 4 windows open which isn't good. It's causing errors on my computer at work, which causes the internet (MS IE) to close altogether. Could you fix it so that new pages open within the same window, please? We can go Back if we need to.
I really think you could do away with the "Message sent Successfully" kind of pop-ups too. Showing us the completed post would be enough, or saying it's successful on the same page (without the pop-up) would be good. The extra click to get back to what you're doing it a little annoying. No offense. It's pretty, but not necessary.
I have a question, and I'm not quite sure which category it fits in - it deals with the genealogy message boards. I'm not sure if that belongs in the "community" topic or the "genealogy search" topic.
If I click the "Genealogy" link in the top menu, then click "Message Boards" in the left menu, select boards by location: "United States" -> "Minnesota", it brings up a list of Counties in Minnesota. If I click one of the counties, it brings me to a blank page - and there's no way to post any messages. Is this happening for anyone else?
Also, if a county is missing, can it get added somehow? I would like to see McLeod County in Minnesota be added. Thanks!
Thank you for reporting the problem in the Genealogy message boards.
We have identified and fixed the problem.
To avoid abuse we're not allowing users to add a new message board directly, but we listen to any requests from users and add requested boards ourselves. We have added the McLeod county message board that you requested. You can access it here:
