I have emailed customer support but never seem to be able to get an answer from them. I am getting ready to pull the site as recently it seems that I am having more problems than usual. I just tried adding a surname to a photo and when I clicked Save, the page went white. I could still see everything on the page but it was pale. I waited and the page did not refresh or save the infor I put in. I left it with the name unchanged but that's not how I want it.
Another problem I can't seem to fix is deleting duplicate & triplicate pictures. How can this be done as I don't see a delete button on that page.
Additionally, a few days ago while rearranging some photos and deleting others, a message popped up that the site was experiencing problems. It asked that I click the refresh button which I did and now many of my photos are missing. Where are my photos and can I retrieve them or not?
Someone please respond as I am frustrated working on the site and not being able to do what I need to. Thanks for any advice and assistance.
I have this same problem with my tree. I am associated with someone on the family tree so this can't be the problem.
I have over 800 people in my tree so I should be receiving calendar alerts almost everyday... but I haven't since last week. I just updated to a premium account last week and it's been since then that I haven't been receiving any calendar alerts.
The last time I published (using FTB) I had actually uploaded a new tree (the same tree, but with a different file name). This brought up my total from 500 to 807 individuals. I then deleted the old family tree (which had 500 people and with whom all the members were associated with).
Only after uploading the new file and deleting the only one did I notice that none of the members were associated with the individuals on the new tree. I then went about and associated most of the individuals with the new tree including myself.
Since then I haven't been receiving any calendar alerts (and others have also told me this). How do I solve this problem?
Yeah I got it, but under the "Events in the next 30 days" it only listed events in the next 4 days (7 events were listed).
Is this something else that has changed with the calendar alerts? If so is there anyway for me to change this (the liimit on the number of upcoming events that will be listed in the calendar alerts email)?
I'm not asking this because I actually want to be able to do this, but just because I want to know (in case I want to change it in the future).
When I was setting up new people, I put the wrong birhdate on one of my son's info. How do I go back in and edit. When I clicked on the question mark, it said that I should be able to go to a picture and find "edit". There is no "edit".
