I posted a question 19/05 asking why you had debited 2 unauthorised payments from my account after I had already renewed my subscirption via an email link earlier that month. You have now charged me 3 times - 24/04 £54.00; 30/4 £64.00 and 30/04 £90.00. The message I posted has been removed from the forum and you have not responsed to me. This is my fifth communication to you via different contact addressed on the site. Please respond to me.
I'm new to the forums, so apologies if this isn't the right place to put this question. My dad's brother was married to my mum's sister. I couldn't figure out how to get the online family tree builder to recognise this connection, so my aunt, uncle and cousin are all entered twice. Does anyone know how to get myheritage to recognise the relationship?
I invited my cousin to join my site. I want him to have rights to add/delete and edit. I made him a site manager but he says he can only add photos. He has no other rights. How do I give them to him?
There is too little information to warn you what exactly happens during a sync operation! Syncing my new Family Tree Builder 7.0 back to my online site not only created duplicates but also corrupted all my photo tagging! Ended up having to delete all those photo albums (hundreds of photos). Profile photos still remained on my online tree. Opted out of any future photo syncing. When opening FTB 7.0 again, auto syncing started and told me I had 577 unsynced photos. I said not to sync since I didn't want that corruption problem again. Unfortunately, my photo-less FTB program uploaded to my online tree and somehow wiped out all my online profile photos too! Cannot retrieve them by simply uploaded an earlier GED file. These hazards in the syncing process are simply unexcusable. I'll have to upload all my photos again manually and uninstall FTB, and stick to my online site!
I can not access my tree anymore. It tells that there´s a problem when I try to open it. I have writen 3 messages, but don´t get any answers. Is there anyone who can help me? I´m pretty desperate.
A couple of days ago I posted a message to cancel my subscription. Someone removed it. Who did it? You are reading it if you deleted it. Talk to me. No one answers my emails.

Please excuse me, I am a new user and have just started my family tree.
The problems I'm having is:
When I update my tree and try to publish, I get a response e.g. "Tree on web site is a later version than the one you are trying to publish" and it quotes a time in the future APPROXIMATELY 5 HOURS.
The second problem is How do I change the top of the tree? i.e. It shows my Mother inlaw (No jokes please) instead of my Grandad.
no no dont get rid of mother-in-law they make great babysitters and som are good in the garden. I have had two and would never get rid of them.
Oh dont worry about the time- they will 'balance out"its just better if YOU understand the time íssue"- - you could "cheat and sync your PC to Tel aviv time and "pretend "you are somewhare where you are not.
We have a phoen (landline) that was until recenlty synced to GMT- and I am in Ay=ustralia- and oh dear the drama that caused.
