I have a family tree setup now of 574 members, when adding a picture to a certain member I get a windows error. When I try to add the picture again then the program just suddenly exits. It's become a random occurence and I really want to carry on with my venture to finish my family tree.
I love this software, so if anyone knows how to fix this, please let me know.
When posting a new link in activities --> links --> add new link, it asks for address, title, & description. When returning to the page that lists all links, only the link title is there, not the description. myHeritage needs to add a line under the link title for descriptions to show, so that family members can have an idea of what that link is for.

Díky za radu. V programu Family Tree Builder jsem měl vše OK. Problém byl pravděpodobně někde v přenosu dat na server, kde se přenesená data neaktualizovala. Už je vše v pořádku :-)
Would it be possible to have other language forum queries be translated to English? All replies from the support teams are in English. Why not the original queries? Some of the replies from the support teams are intersting, but it would be nice know what the original query was.
Even though we can use Google Translate to understand questions in foreign languages, we would not like to post the translations online as they are very crude.
If you are interested in a certain question, you can use Google Translate to translate it yourself, or write to support asking for an explanation.
Birth dates aren't just birth dates for us. When you enter a date in the tree, we take that information and do a lot with it in order to provide you with different features like Calendar Alerts, Statistics, etc. In order to provide these features, there must be a standard date format that our system works on.
A full date with day, month and year is required in order for us to calculate the information required for these features.
You can always add a custom event in the Events tab. Custom events will show up on your Upcoming Events.
I was publishing my web site and the internet link went down. When I look at the upload report, it says it began at "09 DEC 2009 17:17:30 GMT 1" but there is no line saying it has completed.
When I try and publish my site again with the Publisher dialog box, clicking on the button does nothing and no upload appears to take place. Abandonning the publication doesn't do anything either.
What was the resolution to this issue? I'm having the exact same issue - the software seems to think that it's "publishing", but no new publish is happening.
