We have not received the weekly newsletter notification digest since Sept 3. I personally have checked spam folder and made sure the email address was on the white list.
We were getting the weekly newsletter digests just fine until now--Sept 3 is more than 14 days and it is supposed to be every 7 days.
I emailed our members and found they are not getting the weekly emails either and they checked the Settings/My Preferences to make sure they had the box checked off to receive weekly newsletters.
We have had a lot of difficulties on our Premium Plus site lately with other problems, but this is probably the most serious at the moment.
It was happening on the Lamson Lampson Lambson Surname Research site, but I did receive a weekly newsletter today, but still missing Sept 11's, as were several other members. Hopefully they all received the Sept 19th edition and have asked them to post feedback if they did not. I was trying to see if it was a certain email domain or what.
But, we did get the monthly newsletter today for that site, so will be watching in the weeks ahead to see if it skips weeks again.
When I originally site up my tree I must have inadvertently used my grandfather as the main person/site manager. Now everyones status is compared to him ie I'm the granddaughter. It also shows all emails coming from him and he's been dead for 30 years. Spooky....
I've tried adding myself as a site manager but it doesnt change.
Yes, it's fixable. Go to 'Settings', then 'Home Page' then 'Other', and at the bottom you can type in the name of the person that you want to be the Main Person.
