We sell posters of the family charts that you are able to make on your family site. They can include the personal photos that you have for people in your family tree.
Unfortunately, at this point in time, we do not have the option to purchase a family book or time book with more detailed information.
We hope to add more printing services in the future.
If you are referring to the screen saver in the Family Tree Builder, you can turn it off by going to Tools > Options > Screen saver > change the first value to "no" > OK.
I just happened to open my tree that you have on My Heritage and you have my husband's cousin as my husband, whereas my tree on Family Historian shows it correctly. My husband's cousin Brian does have a wife whose name co- incidently happens to also be Barbara! I have tried going into the tree to edit this but I did not find a place to delete the wrong person and add the other. By the way I search through the people list on your site and my husband Trevor does not appear.
I don't see another Barbara or a Trevor in your tree. Since your tree is edited in Family Tree Builder, I suggest that you fix this there and publish it to your site again.

My father is my principle helper with our family tree. He posts lots of pictures and will leave a comment below the pic to help people better place the who is in the pic immediately.
Lately, he has been receiving a message that he has reached his limit of 20 comments for that day. Pretty frustrating for him but he went on a four day vacation. When he came back, he tried to leave a comment and got the same message. I tried to remedy it by promoting him to one of the site managers thinking that may take the comment restriction off of his profile. It did not help. I've looked at his profile and settings and such and there is nothing that I can find that will let me correct this issue.

Na anterior aplicação construi desde o início uma árvore com mais de 1500 pessoas, com vários membros activos, até 13 gerações (século XVII).
Numa fase inicial do My Heritage, até ao início deste ano, tive acesso a toda essa informação e ainda tive oportunidade de corrigir alguns detalhes.
Actualmente só tenho o meu perfil (e mal, uma vez que a data de nascimento está errada e não a posso alterar) e mais nada, uma vez que não existem mais gerações. Nem sequer tenho pai ou mãe.
O que terá acontecido com a restante informação. Posso recuperá-la? Posso transferir para outra aplicação? Posso imprimir?
Por favor, digam-me que as centenas de horas dedicadas à construção da minha árvore não foram perdidas por falta de backup.

Desde sempre utilizei este email para este fim, quer em MeusParentes, quer depois em myHeritage.
Ainda antes da fusão, já tinha criado um site em myHeritage,que não desenvolvi porque a importação da base de dados não correu bem (muitos dados incorrectos), tendo então ficado sem árvore. Foi por isso que aquando da fusão fiquei com dados em dois locai, aos quais acedia com o mesmo username.
Actualmente esse udername só acede aos dados do site sem árvore, tendo perdido o acesso aos dados recebidos de MeusParentes.
Para este mesmo email foram-me enviadas várias mensagens, que não posso reenviar porque esta aplicação não aceita anexos com extensão .eml
Posso no entanto enviar em formato .txt as mensagens que apresentavam o envio de gráficos ou de alertas, como o que graciosamente me enviaram (em 28 de Dezembro de 2010) "Ancestors of Bernardo Alexandre Domingos Santos", ou um mais vasto, de 22 de Março de 2010, com 13 gerações.
Como se pode constatar, a extensão dos dados é (era) vasta, pelo que a perder-se estão em causa muitas (mesmo muitas) horas de trabalho.
Agradeço desde já a Vossa disponibilidade para a ajuda e também todas as sugestões que me possam enviar.

Passaram dois meses e, apesar de ter feito como pediu, mantêm-se o problema.
Se não é oportuno ou vantagoso para myHeritage colocar de novo os dados online, pelo menos enviem-me uma base de dados que eu possa descarregar para uma aplicação tipo offline.
Mas por favor, não me deixem sem resposta ou pior, sem todos os dados históricos que recolhei e descansadamente deixei à Vossa guarda.
Has this been determined to be added into a future version of the site anytime soon. I would really appreciate this functionality, since I have a few people (husbad and wives) that I only have one e-mail address for, and so I would like to associate the e-mail address with both of them for birthday greetings and right now we can only send a birthday greeting for the person that the e-mail is associated with, but cannot send a birthday greeting to the person that the e-mail is not associated with. I do know that both of them do use and look at the same e-mail address and does not have a second e-mail address. Let me know if you have any questions. Thank you.
