Está em causa uma árvore com 16 gerações, cinco séculos, milhares de pessoas, e vários membros activos.
Pior do que isso, estão em causa centenas de horas de trabalho, e uma base de dados que estava exclusivamente ao cuidado dessa empresa, e que agora não consigo recuperar.
I would like to have some advice to fix a problem that I have with my project:
Of some unknown reason my original project have been saved into two different ones - how do I integrate the content of the extra unwanted project into my original one without anything getting deleted? I know I of course could write alle the info into the project manually, but I hope that this not would be needed.
I can request a GEDCOM file to be exported but nothing subsequently happens.
By selecting Family Tree / Manage Trees / Export to GEDCOM and clicking on the "Begin the export" button I get the message that it is being generated and will take a few minutes - and I will receive an email with a link to the file.
The "Begin the export" button then greys out and I don't get an email.
(Sorry but I put this on the message board and now realise that it should be here on the support forum.)
I can see that the file was emailed to you several times on June 11 and 12, to the email address listed on your account.
If you still do not see it, please let me know.

Thank you for your reply. I have contacted my email supplier (mypostoffice) who tell me that there is a limit of 2MB on attachments.
Is it possible to send me a link to the file so that I can download it ?
Alternatively I have gmail and hotmail addresses which I can supply - or change in my profile - if it is not possible to provide me with a link to the Gedcom file.
Sorry but my last reply was based on my wrongly held belief that I would receive an email with a gedcom file attached.
I now realise that it is just an email with a link to the file - which is more mystifying as to why I have not received the emails sent on June 11 / 12.
I received your email re the reply to my post and I also regularly receive news about Myheritage events - so cannot comprehend why the aforesaid emails didn't arrive - unless there is something different about them.
I still don't know why my postoffice email address is not accepting the gedcom file link email but I changed my email address to one I have at tiscali and the link came through within a few minutes.
Looks as if you have hit a magic button somewhere. I have received notification of 2 gedcoms - the first one I had ticked the first 2 boxes under 'Include photos in the export' and the second with all 3 ticked. Both files exported all my photos.
The only difference I have effected is to update Family Tree Builder to 5.1.0.5309 - so you must get the credit.
CAN NO LONGER ADD PEOPLE NOR EVEN EDIT PEOPLE ON MY WEB. I DO NOT HAVE THE FAMILY TREE BUILDER ANY LONGER BECAUSE I HAD TROUBLE EDITTED FROM IT AND THAN COULD NOT ADD THE NEW INFO TO MY WEB SITE.

It's easy, on menu bar at very top of page, goto Family, then click on children from dropdown box, then click Manage Children, then highlight the names and use the up & down arrows in the lower right corner to position or the third arrow on the right of those arrows to permanentley arrage in birth date date order (eldest first).
I accidentally deleted an Album. When I try to restore it or the photos in it I can't get passed the recent photos or Album. I've gone back to early messages from MyHeritage hoping that if I download again it will restore the Album.
