If you'd like to remove your collage you'll have to delete the HTML code.
The HTML code is usually displayed in the "About Me" or "My Interests" section of your profile.
What you need to do is go to "Edit Profile" and find one of the above categories. You'll recognize the HTML code for the collage because it has MyHeritage written in it somewhere.
What is important, is to delete ALL the code related to MyHeritage, but not to delete code from other things you've added to your profile.
What I suggest you do is to copy/paste the entire code of your profile to a word doc or similar before you start the procedure, and after the partial deletion of the collage code, go back and view your profile to make sure you got the right stuff removed. This way, if you've deleted something of importance you can copy/paste the entire code from your backup, back into your profile. This backup will also allow you to bring back your collage in case you change your mind later.
Why can't I install the java applet required when looking for ansestors? What am I doing wrong and how come there is no support info about this installation? Help!!!
I know that they are there, but when I go to view the family tree/s that I have uploaded, they just don't load, in either classic or modern view. I got to My website, click on the tab for the "family tree", then select the sub link for Tree.. nothing, nada.. I can see the people and family when I click on those links.
It has the "Loading family tree" words in the middle of the screen with the progress dots... but nothing happens. I don't register traffice thru my modem so I am unsure of what the problem is or where it is.
We looked at your tree and were able to see it just fine. I believe that you did indeed have a problem as you are not the only person that complained of this. Unfortunately we haven’t been able to reproduce the problem.
Please hit refresh a couple of times. This has solved the problem for most people and I hope it does for you too.
