Please would someone tell me what is meant by updates in the updates notifications? I am often notified about new updates and when I go to the page by pressing the link I can find no mention of any new updates. Are the matches the new updates? If so then the information in the notifications is incorrect. I was notified about 7 new updates the other day. On the webpage 6 record matches and 25 smart matches are mentioned, no new updates. In another instance there are no new updates, no record matches, and no smart matches mentioned although I was notified of 4 new updates in the email.This confuses and irritates me. I would very much appreciate the notification service if I could understand how to interpret the information in them. Instead I think there is great room for improvement.
We would be glad if you could tell us where exactly did you try and create the book report? Was it on the family site online or in the family tree builder on your computer? If you tried to do it on one of them, try the other.
When signing for MyHeritage, I opted for the premium package. My credit card has been billed for the year. When apptempting to confirm possible matches, I get the message that I am unable to do so as it requires premium service.
What it, exactly, that I have been billed for? The charge to my account was $76.18.

A Data Subscription allows you to research your family names using our special research tool, SuperSearch. You also get Record Matches for free with your Data Subscription. Record Matches searches the names in your tree automatically and notifies you if there are records that match those names.
You have full access to all the historical records in SuperSearch now as long as you are logged into MyHeritage.com with your email address.
A family site subscription is a different subscription type from a Data Subscription. Premium and PremiumPlus family site subscriptions allow you to add more individuals to your family tree and give you more storage for photos and documents. They also give you access to some of the Premium features at MyHeritage, such as automatically merging names and dates into your tree from SmartMatches.

I posted a question 19/05 asking why you had debited 2 unauthorised payments from my account after I had already renewed my subscirption via an email link earlier that month. You have now charged me 3 times - 24/04 £54.00; 30/4 £64.00 and 30/04 £90.00. The message I posted has been removed from the forum and you have not responsed to me. This is my fifth communication to you via different contact addressed on the site. Please respond to me.
After almost a month, I have not received any response other than MyHeritage acknowledges there is a problem with one of my sites--the others show Family Goal but one does not, but after a month (and I am Premium Plus) NO RESPONSE at all.
We will have to abandon our site for now (and probably will for the other 10 sites) and I am going to find every Forum that will hear about this unprofessional treatment by MyHeritage.
I see so many others have had very, very unbelievable treatment and it will take some time and energy, but I think I will try to contact them each and see if we can get a Class Action Lawsuit going.
I see that they remove posts on this forum that are negative, but if we post to enough other forums, perhaps that won't happen.
I will try to post places where others can post their grips and problems that have not been resolved by MyHeritage.
I'm new to the forums, so apologies if this isn't the right place to put this question. My dad's brother was married to my mum's sister. I couldn't figure out how to get the online family tree builder to recognise this connection, so my aunt, uncle and cousin are all entered twice. Does anyone know how to get myheritage to recognise the relationship?
