The site subscription you upgraded me to just expired yesterday (February 13th) and I still have not been upgraded to the paid subscription I purchased. How long will it take for this to be resolved?
As for the payment I made, I already sent the transfer proof so, what's really going on?
I paid for the Premium Subscription and Premium Family Tree Builder on the 28th December 2012 and my account is still not updated? What is going on? In January you provided me a temporary one month premium subscription but it already expired and I never got the Premium Family Tree Builder software.
This is starting to look like a scam. After my complaint here in the forum, I received an e-mail contact from the support personnel asking me to send the transfer proof again so they could solve the problem. I sent the PDF proof on the 17th February and still nothing, the account is still as it was (free/normal subscription).
I'm starting to get annoyed with all this situation and if this is not resolved shortly I'll have to proceed with a legal action with my lawyers.
It's really looked like a scam. I have the same story and paid for the Premium subsription at the 9-th of the March and still didn't have anything neither subscription nor any answers :(
It's really pitty, because I thought very long time if it was neccessary to become Premium subscriber of this project.

I would like to downgrade back to basic. I haven't really been on the site too much and do not see the point in paying for something I am not using. Also, I thought that I would get a chance to say if I wanted my account renewed. I did not. However, I see no link or anything to downgrade. So if there is anything that can be done about a switching my subscription and getting a refund, let me know.

Thanks for your post. We have been trying to reach you to your phone without success.
Are you sure that you would like to cancel your subscription? If you do you will loose many interesting features you have as a Premium user and the access to MyHeritage collections in the Super Search. Are you sute that this is what you want? Is there any problem or concern that I can help you with?

Since last week I'm using VMware Fusion in combination with Windows 7 at my iMac !!! I can switch now between two pages om my screen, Apple and Windows. So, I have installed "My Heritage Family Tree Builder" in Windows 7 in a iMac.
