The privacy settings are not connected to the premium/premiumplus subscriptions - as everyone in MyHeritage are allowed to change them in almost any combination possible:
You can limit whether or not guests can view your tree
You can limit whether or not site members (that you specifically invite via email) can edit your tree (the site members by default can view your family trees, since you are specifically inviting them to your tree)
You can appoint different site members to be site managers (and allow editing only for site managers rather than all site members)

Generally, Premium and PremiumPlus subscriptions are targeted for individuals who would like to expand their family trees on the family site and to use the Smart Matches functions along with other benefits as well.
For quite some time I can not use the Premium Plus on my account. I've paid, but not getting the use of Premium Plus. Please investigate for me. Thank you. Happened to a suggestion of mine; I feel as though I have been slapped on the wrist....
It was a serious suggestion that I thought could have led to a real improvement in one aspect of the program, and I hope that although it was deleted because it dared to be critical, it was passed on to management. As should be ALL adverse criticism, that is just good management. The last thing any organisation needs is yes-men.
An e-mail such as 'Thank you for your suggestion. Rather than leave it on the forum we have passed it on to management' would do wonders for customer morale, and we ARE the customers even if we are not always right.
I am concerned that the FORUM does not always get informed of the outcome. There must be times when an outcome is conducive to both parties and it would be good PR for the forum to SEE that outcome and not just have it washed away by the big DELETE.

My mother, LUCIA TRITTA (25-10-1959) has created her profile in 2009, but she didn't use it any more. In these years the email that she used for registration was deleted, so she can't enter in my eritage profile. She remember the email but not the password of my eritage, she need to a new password but if the email was deleted she cannot request a new password. What she can do?
