Salve, mia madre LUCIA TRITTA (25-10-1959) ha creato un albero genealogico nel 2009, ma da quel momento non è più entrata nel sito. La mail con cui lo ha creato non esiste più e non si ricorda la password quindi non può fare il recupero della password con la mail. Il suo profilo è questo (spero sia giusto)
My mother, LUCIA TRITTA (25-10-1959) has created her profile in 2009, but she didn't use it any more. In these years the email that she used for registration was deleted, so she can't enter in my eritage profile. She remember the email but not the password of my eritage, she need to a new password but if the email was deleted she cannot request a new password. What she can do?
I know, I'm both of them. But from my point of view, the PremiumPlus Icon near my name was lost in space. A couple of month ago, the same thing happens with the lightning.
In my standard language german it was not visible. If I changed to english ... schwups ... it was visible. From the view of another account, everything was ok.
The support or backstage support did something with my profile, and all the icons comes out from the dust.
Now, the same story happens with my PremiumPlus icon
From the view of another account evrything was ok. From my point of view this icon was lost. After self investigations and playing around with 'edit/save profile' from different entry points .. like magic .. everthing seems to be ok .. for the moment.
The 'problem' could be simply cosmetic .. I don't know ..
BTW. If I change to english, I cannot see Your Premium icon. If I'm working in german, it is visible.
I subscribe to the MH search facility, but on numerous occasions I am unable to open files when they are contained within my searched criteria lists. For example the list shows 9 files available in 1991 UK census records, but when I try to open this it just says "0 files found", yet when I try the births, deaths and marraiges in the same list, it works!
Am I doing something wrong or is it a recurring problem?
Compared to Ancestry.com, the online tree in MH has a much slicker home page, and I like that I can customize it and use it to communicate with members.
I haven't seen it documented, I can add colored text and fancy fonts to the page, just by copying from my wordprocessor (Open Office 4) into the Admin editor. Liven up your home page! Check out www.graysgoingback.myheritage.com for some examples.

I added a tree to the MyHeritage Website a long time ago, http://www.myheritage.com/site-448993/turtle this is throwing up match after match with my cousin's tree, but I cannot get to it to add/delete/amend it.
I have tried my only other email address that I use, but to no avail. Could you please advise me the way to get back into it?
