I subscribe to the MH search facility, but on numerous occasions I am unable to open files when they are contained within my searched criteria lists. For example the list shows 9 files available in 1991 UK census records, but when I try to open this it just says "0 files found", yet when I try the births, deaths and marraiges in the same list, it works!
Am I doing something wrong or is it a recurring problem?
Compared to Ancestry.com, the online tree in MH has a much slicker home page, and I like that I can customize it and use it to communicate with members.
I haven't seen it documented, I can add colored text and fancy fonts to the page, just by copying from my wordprocessor (Open Office 4) into the Admin editor. Liven up your home page! Check out www.graysgoingback.myheritage.com for some examples.
I've seen some other attractive and interesting home pages and I'd love to start listing them here. If you've got a snazzy, jazzy home page, post it here so we can check it out.
I added a tree to the MyHeritage Website a long time ago, http://www.myheritage.com/site-448993/turtle this is throwing up match after match with my cousin's tree, but I cannot get to it to add/delete/amend it.
I have tried my only other email address that I use, but to no avail. Could you please advise me the way to get back into it?

Hallo, ich hatte vor 2-3 Jahren schon einmal einen Stammbaum angelegt. Dann ist leider die Festplatte kaputt gegangen und meine Daten waren weg. Nun wollte ich das Projekt noch einmal starten, und dabei fiel mir erst auf, das der alte Stammbaum online gesichert ist. Leider gibt es die E-mail Adresse nicht mehr (ich weiss auch nicht mehr welche, die bekannten erkennt das System nicht) und ein Passwort hab ich auch nicht mehr.
Gibt es dennoch eine Möglichkeit das ich an den alten Stammbaum wieder herankomme und nicht alles neu machen muss?
I was going to sign up for our site but did not finish the process when I didnt add my phone number. My information took anyway and upon finding out, I cancelled a few hours later when i reviewed my emails. At present, there is a draft holding on my account that should not process. I have sent two emails regarding this situation and have not received a response. I had never heard of your company before but given my experience with you of late, I wish that I hadn't. Some of your upper management seem to have very some good things about their work experiences, but when working with the public, it is work ETHIC that speaks louder. Customer service and what people have to say about your product and your company is what is going to determine how many tomorrows you have. My experience as a customer has been found wanting. I was taught not to say anything if it wasn't something good but I will say this, it has been a week since I received my cancellation confirmation. If that draft processes, I will be saying some pretty 'not good' things about Myheritage.
I am new to this Family Tree Builder so very much learning as I go.....but when I first entered family in the Builder it showed the Matches icon on a persons profile, which was great.....but now it is not displaying and has keeps repeating the message that it is updating! This has been happening for 2 days now! I have set up a website also but total fail to get any Smart Matches working.......I would be very grateful if anyone is able to help/suggest anything. I am wondering if I should just deleter the website perhaps?
Hi all I am a premium member and no smart matches for 2 days, I deleted all trees 2 days ago and reloaded a ged com file and no matches at all - Any ideas. I dont get a crown I get the turning circle when I get a match, what is the crown?
