I made my whole family tree online and never had the software because I have a mac and now can't edit my tree online - I need someone to make my tree editable again. Whenever the software gets upgraded can you not disable online editing?
I have the Basic Plan right now and am thinking about upgrading to the Premium Plus plan. I have 2 family trees going under the same log in name. Do both of them upgrade or do I have to upgrade both of them?
No passado eu criei um site da minha familia e eu estava como adminsitrador. Passado algum tempo sem acesso, eu esqueci meu usuario e senha. Tentei recuperar minha senha pelo email cadastrado, porém descobri que o site está sendo administrado por outra pessoa.
Como faço para recuperar meu site novamente?
Até criei um novo usuario para criar o site novamente, porém não gostaria de refazê-lo do zero uma vez que o meu site antigo ainda está ativo.

So i had comcast about 5 years ago and now i have verizon and my old email address from comcast was deleted almost instantly. my old account was on this email and i dont remember the password. Plus i want to delete that account. Can anyone help?
I sense this a a bit of a similar quandary, but I thought I was buying a collaborative premium upgrade and got a data plan. I am very unsure about the distinction. I am a Geni member and kept getting sent to avail of smartmatches. Would like to connect with the people working on the connected trees, but when I go to join them I am told that I need to upgrade my free plan. I thought I was now a paid member.
I just did a couple quick searches and Canadian records (outside of contributed trees - especially vital records) seem extremely limited and this is my largest target area. The US is not. I am wondering if I paid for the right subscription. I have up'd for a year, but am increasingly uncertain that I have achieved what I was hpping - to be able to work collaboratively with relatives that are on MyHeritage.
Generally MyHeritage shares the SmartMatches and the Records Matches system with Geni members, and a Data subscription payed in MyHeritage should suffice to receive both from Geni, and to connect these matches with Geni.
Correct, our Family Tree Builder software doesn't have a Mac version yet.
We've received many requests for this, so producing a Mac version is definitely in our plans. In the meantime, continue to build your tree online. A tree can be built online on MyHeritage.com, using a Mac. If you have a tree already and it has been published into your own family site on MyHeritage.com, we can, at your request, change the source of the tree to a Web Tree, so you'll be able to continue editing your tree online on your Mac, with a browser.
You can also import an existing tree into MyHeritage.com via import GEDCOM, and then continue editing it online on the Mac.
