I just bought your subscription for the premium account for 5 years and I no longer wish to be apart of this community and would like to delete my account and get a refund.
Som helt ny bruger af myheritage har jeg også set siderne på engelsk: Der hedder jeg Victim-Andersen (fordi min google har en lille fejl eller mangel i oversættelsesprogrammet), og derved vil jeg blive til grin i hele verden hvis nogen tilfældigvis kommer ind på min side. Navnet Offer kan naturlivis også give uønskede associationer i dansk sammenhæng, men det er dog kun sket forbløffende sjældent. Men det engelske Victim er naturligvis helt katastrofalt i engelsk sammenhæng, især da jeg på min mors side må have en hel del slægtninge i USA.
Hvis nogen kan få Googles oversættelsesprogram til at undlade oversættelse af navne vil jeg -og sandsynligvis ogsa flere andre - være meget taknemmelig. Jeg er ikke selv i stand til at gøre andet end at sende dette nødråb også til Google's adminstration.

To take a screenshot, press the print screen key on the keyboard, it is the key labeled as “PrintScreen” or "PrtSc". This will copy an image of the MyHeritage screen to your clipboard. Once you have done this, click the Windows Start button in the bottom left corner and run MS Paint. It should be under All programs > Accessories > Paint. Once it's open, click Paste from the Edit menu, or simply press CTRL-V. Now you can save the screenshot and attach it to an email and send it to me.
1) Seems that in the Profile of people, when a year of an event is indicated, the age (calculated from the year) is often wrong (when there are multiple events -- like several childred born - their ages are wrong).
2) The Stats does not seem to pick up places of most of the residences data. So I may have over 100 names with residence locations but the Stats only pickes very few.
I'm getting a lot of complaints from my site members about the weekly newsletter e-mails The option on the site are to check or uncheck the box for the weekly newsletter.
To MyHeritage Management: How about allowing the user to select the frequency of the newsletters (weekly, monthly, 3 months, etc.)?
Same about "Event Reminder" -- seems like people ar annoyed by receiving weekly "reminders". Without such options I just need to turn things off completely.

I always can not invite my family, because they not to much use email, but i can invite them and give much information about my family member, if i can inform them via facebook. so....i hope you can integrate facebook on my heritage.....because for Asian people, we feel exotic if we connected with family tree like My Heritage. amazing for us....
I have requested to join two sites in the past few weeks. However, neither of the site managers for these sites has replied. Even if they replied to say "no, you can't join", that would be something!
I cannot repeat the request to them (in case they didn't get my first request), because the system says I can't request again while there is still a request being evaluated by the site manager.
So what do I do? Just forget about the whole thing and look at other SmartMatches? One of the sites I requested to join had over 200 matches with me.
When I'm older and more self-sufficient or get enough funds.... I'd want to upgrade to the Premium or PremiumPlus account, but the thing is, I live in Canada and the money you ask for is US dollars. How would I go around paying for this upgraded Account when I can. Also, if I do go over the limit of 250 people in my Free Basic account, how would I go about keeping a backup of my Family tree so that if in the case that the laptop I'm using crashes or anything, I'll still be able to have all my Data online.
Please, reply back as I am curious and have all these questions.

My sister in law's maiden name is the same as my married name. It would appear as though the program has assumed I'm my sister-in-law. How do I change this?
