Thanks for sending the link to your account. However, I am showing that this account doesn't have a family site or family tree connected to it.
I notice you're using Family Tree Builder to build your family tree. If you use Family Tree Builder but never published your tree to a family site at MyHeritage, then a copy of your tree will be saved on your computer only.
In order to search for the tree on your computer, open Family Tree Builder and click on File > Import GEDCOM or genealogy file... Use the SCAN button to search your entire computer for family tree files and import them into Family Tree Builder.
This is a link to one of my family trees. My other family trees are Reid, Burks, and Floyd I believe. I couldn't remember my email and password so I had to create ANOTHER account in order to even post on here that I didn't have my information. Anyway, I don't want to start all over again, can you help please.

I know I'm working your nerve here and I promise that's not my goal, but I thought you said the old email you showed on my family tree account was a yahoo address (possibly fhp112...which is no longer a valid email account)
email@example.com is my current one but it's NOT linked to all of my family tree information, I had to use it to create a new account so I actually post in this forum to get help.
1. I need to get to all of my old information but don't know the password and the yahoo email is no longer valid
2. Can you change my old account to reflect my current email address and password? If you need to delete this account in order to do that I understand, you will just need to send a private email to me I guess instead of posting here.

I paid for the Premium Subscription and Premium Family Tree Builder on the 28th December 2012 and my account is still not updated? What is going on? In January you provided me a temporary one month premium subscription but it already expired and I never got the Premium Family Tree Builder software.
This is starting to look like a scam. After my complaint here in the forum, I received an e-mail contact from the support personnel asking me to send the transfer proof again so they could solve the problem. I sent the PDF proof on the 17th February and still nothing, the account is still as it was (free/normal subscription).
I'm starting to get annoyed with all this situation and if this is not resolved shortly I'll have to proceed with a legal action with my lawyers.
I would like to downgrade back to basic. I haven't really been on the site too much and do not see the point in paying for something I am not using. Also, I thought that I would get a chance to say if I wanted my account renewed. I did not. However, I see no link or anything to downgrade. So if there is anything that can be done about a switching my subscription and getting a refund, let me know.

Are you sure that you would like to cancel your subscription? If you do you will loose many interesting features you have as a Premium user and the access to MyHeritage collections in the Super Search. Are you sute that this is what you want? Is there any problem or concern that I can help you with?
