I have emailed this site several times!!! My card was charged and I want a refund. If action is not taken I will be reporting this site as fraudulant. There is no phone numbers for support, etc. My card was charged $76.18. I am asking for a refund. This site is not user friendly.

A saját családfámhoz nem tudok hozzájutni, a hugom (dudás Györgyné,Árvai Katalin és a fiam Bánffy Szabolcs) üzeneteit megkapom, de az általam felvitt családfát nem tudom felkeresni. Nagyon kérem a segítségüket.

Hi...I had an account a while back and am trying to access it once again. I know the email address for the account (email@example.com), but I do not have access to that account (previous job). Is there a way to retrieve/reset the password to that account?
I recently started using this site and I had upgraded my account in haste. I do not think I need the upgraded subscription as much as I had originally thought. I have tried to find a place to contact support directly. I have gone to the help page and clicked on "Contact form" and all it does is refresh the help assistance box. I was able to google myhertiagesupport and found something and tried to send stuff there but I am not certain if it went through. Anything I can do?
