I am at a loss as to what to do with a problem I'm having with MyHeritage. About three weeks ago, I inadvertently bought a Premium Plus package on a wronge Website I have here. Below is the email thread hsitory of what I've sent to MyHeritage to date:

"I need help with a wrong subscription and I am sick and tired of MyHeritage NOT ANSWERING my emails! PLEASE HELP ME!!
Here is the email I sent a week or so ago:
A week or so ago, I mistakenly purchased a Premium Plus Plan for my Huze=Ehmann, Reutter-Deschin Family Web site. I meant to purchase it for my Vanderbur Family Genealogy Web Site.
I sent an email explaining my mistake and received a telephone call from your telemarketing last week. I explained the error I made to him. He talked to his manager and told me that they would transfer the payment from the Huze-Ehmann, Reutter-Deschin Family Web site to the Vanderbur Family Genealogy Web site. He also said something about extending the subscription through 2014 or 2016? Honest, I could not understand him as his English was not very good.
Bottom line is that nothing has happened! Under My Purchases, the Huze-Ehmann, Reutter-Deschin Family Web site shows as a Premium Plus plan but when you click on Show Details, it shows as a Basic Plan. When I look at the Vanderbur Family Genealogy Web site, it shows a Premium plan and when I click on Show Details, it still shows as a Premium Plan.
I would gratefully appreicate it if someone in your company could please rectify this as I was told you would last week. Again, I DO NOT want Premium Plus on the Huze-Ehmann, Reutter-Deschin Family Web site. I DO WANT Premium Plus on the Vanderbur Family web site.

By now, it has been OVER TWO WEEKS and I have NOT had a reply from MyHeritage.
I have been using MyHeritage for a number years now and have been paying for a Premium account as well. If this is the way you handle your business and your customers, perhaps it is time for me to take my business elsewhere?
PLEASE ANSWER MY REQUEST FOR HELP!!

Hi, i also have this problem, this morning i buy premium subscription plan, actually this subcription should be under "happy family" site, but when i make payment, the subscription is belong to "tan family" site not under "happy family" site. Can you help me change the subscription to " happy family" site? Thank you very much.
Dear Ester, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your interest in my plight but the subscription price list is still showing up and I am still not able to extract information when I research. Ester, Your recent email suggest I purchased historical records and not a data subscription but, whatever I did purchase is not available to me now. I CANNOT ENTER HISTORICAL RECORDS OR ANY OTHER RECORDS AVAILABLE TO ME PRIOR TO MY DELETING MY ORIGINAL TREE; EARLIER THIS MONTH. ALL I NEED IS TO RESTORED TO WHERE I WAS PRIOR TO ALL THIS MESS. YOUR ACCOUNTING OF MY ACCOUNT IS CORRECT BUT IT'S OBVIOUSLY NOT RESONATING TO WHOMEVER REGULATES THE SITE DATA. PLEASE ADVISE AND MAKE IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO CONTINUE ON MY JOURNEY. Perhaps Mongrain and Mongrain Leahy or Leahy somehow became mixed up.

La fusion de plusieurs arbres généalogiques sur MyHeritage est possible actuellement uniquement via le logiciel Family Tree Builder (FTB). Et effectivement, malheureusement FTB est disponible seulement sur Windows.
