Non, plus sérieusement, Family Tree Builder n'est pas disponible sur Mac pour le moment. Une version est en projet chez MyHeritage mais il faut encore attendre des mois voir même des années.
Je vous conseille de faire une demande au support par email à supportATmyheritage.com en demandant de changer de type d'arbre : du type "FTB" vers "Web". Ainsi vous pourrez modifier votre arbre généalogique depuis n'importe quel navigateur de votre choix et sur votre iPhone/iPad.
I recently had an issue getting ahold of customer service to get a refund. It took me numerous of emails and a couple forums and never heard anything. Thankfully there was a member that ended up helping me a lot and directed me in the right direction. And due to him helping me his account was deleted :( after he helped me and I finally got ahold of someone I ended up with a response from a customer service person, asking me to provide my ticket number cause they never seen an email from me hahaha, so I copied my whole email ticket number and all and posted it and never received a response after that lol. I can give as much advice as possible but I have to watch what I say or I too can be deleted. So send me a private message and I am willing to help the best I can! I have created another family tree of mine undere Mindhe Web site. I am site Manager there. But I have forgot my email address through which I have created that site. Also I dont remeber password for same. Can you help me in finding my email address & password.
I had commented a couple days ago and left five emails now and here is another try to hopefully get staff member to respond. I was charged for services for a year that I did not want and I went in and canceled it since I was told in an email that I would be charged again on the 18th. Now I am demanding a refund of 119.40 which is the total charge. If someone can help with this before I have to take it further that would be great!

I had to contact higher up after many attempts of emailing and forums. I got the emails after researching and some help from another member, but shortly after he helped me he was deleted so you have to watch what info you give.
I cannot post exactly what I would do, if I did then I would be deleted and then I wouldn't be able to hive advice to anyone! I wish I could post exactly how I got through, but the workers on here actually pay more attention to private messages and stuff like that instead of the forums and helping the members. But I am willing to give the best advice I can if people ask they can ask on here or send me a message I will respond to either.
you must understand, MyHeritage is only a platform that enables people creating their family trees.
MyHeritage as a company neither enters nor removes any data from any tree. The only persons responsible for doing this are the site Managers for theit trees.
This is why you should contact the site manager of the tree that contains your photo. If the site manager refuses to do so, then you can ask the company to get in contact with the site Manager and have him/her remove the data.
