I uploaded a new gedcom to the software, it seemed to upload ok, then I tried to sync it, but after 12 hrs, it was still at 95%. So, I shut it down. That was two days ago when I thanked you for getting me access to the right account.
Now, I am not able to open the software==as soon as I see it appear on the screen an error message comes up just as before, saying that Microsoft will try to find the problem.
Also, I uploaded a gedcom to the online site the same day and still do not see my tree there.
I am asking from one professional to another to please cancel my subscription and refund my money as soon as possible. I was unaware that my card was going to be charged and was not expecting 119.40 to be taken out of my account. Thank you.
Our Family Tree Builder software doesn't have a Mac version yet.
We've received many requests for this, so producing a Mac version is definitely in our plans. In the meantime, you can wait until we have a Mac version, or continue to grow your tree online.
A tree can be built online on MyHeritage.com, using a Mac. If you have a tree already and it has been published into your own family site on MyHeritage.com, we can, at your request, flip a switch so you'll be able to continue editing your tree online on your Mac, with a browser.
Please let me know if you'd like that. You can also import an existing tree into MyHeritage.com via import GEDCOM, and then continue editing it online on the Mac. Let me know if you need assistance with this.
I have just got a new Macbook Pro & am finally dumping my very old PC - Hooray!!! Ha! Could you please change my account to the online version & e.mail me instructions of how to use/access it - web address etc. It would be such a shame for me to loose all my research.

I have some serious tech problems with my family site and have written at least 5 letters to support in the last few days. There has been NO RESPONSE. They can pick up the phone to call me (here in Israel) but they couldn't care less. One problem was wrong information on my credit card charge. One matter was the Family Tree builder is screwing up all my defraults. One problem is I paid for the records search - it worked for a day , and although shows that I paid for it, doesn't work. There are a few other problems but the support here is a total failure. None of my members can work on the site - the sync with FTB7 has blocked all of them. The other day I found where to give access, but today it doesn't appear in the main website.
WHERE IS SUPPORT? HOW CAN YOU RUN an on-line business this way? Are you waiting for some company to buy you out before you have to set up a good support service???
You can cancel at any time by clicking the link “Stop the backup service” from the Backup Page on the family site, which is found on the family site in the Family Tree section.
There is no such a link. Can you please cancel the service as it was accidentally activated by one of the other site managers. This should never be allowed to happen without them being able to confirm the credit card details.
