I perchased the 2 year Premium on April 10th, a situation has arrisen that we now need that money. I would like to still use the basic, but cannot find a way to downgrade or where to contact someone about a refund.
I keep getting a message that says to check my phone number and try again to confirm my premium membership. I have tried over an hour to get this to work and am getting very frustrated. I am just renewing a membership that I already had.

Hi, I just signed up for the premium plan, and when I went to do the billing, I got to the phone confirm page where I am supposed to input my phone number. I did & phone Confirm said my phone number was invalid. I had to put in the area code twice (once in the area code field, and once in the phone field). that allowed it to say it was calling me.... But no call ever made it to my phone.
I tried to do this several times, and it failed each time. I then clicked next and it said that I succesfully confirmed the code that it sent to my phone & it approved the charge !!!!
So I dont know if the sign up actually went through correctly or not. But there is definitely a problem here.
Hello everyone, i am in the process of drawing up a family tree but my problem is that 90% of my relative are in Macedonia and do not speak English, could Macedonian be included in My Heritage?
Macedonian is not supported yet, but if you would like to volunteer to translate MyHeritage to this language, please write us at translate@myheritage.com.
I have Family Tree Builder Version 6. I have selected English as my primary language, and would like to add Chinese (and eventually Japanese) as the alternate languages.
Can you please show me where Chinese is selectable? Depsite the list of languages you claim that FTB supports, it's just not there. (x-ref attached screen shot)
I am happy for the entire interface to remain in English. All I would like to see is unicode support for non english languages in the FTB database and screen presentations.

Currently Family Tree Builder Version 6 supports 36 languages and Chinese as other Asian languages are not supported.
The good news is that we are abpout to release Family Tree Builder 7 with totalsupport of UTF-8 languages including Chinese, Japanese and Korean.
Vietnamese is able to be typed into the personal details and displays OK but any output like a Report or family tree UNICODE font is not displayed correctly even when the font is set to a UNICODE font like Tahoma.

I assume this fault exists with the paid versions so will hold off untill reasurance a fix is in place.
As you created your tree in the Family Tree Builder, it can be edited only in the program, and only by yourself.
If you wish, I can convert your tree into a Web tree, that can be edited online by you and your site members, however then you will need to stop using the program.
Most functions are available both in the online editor and the software.
I have converted your family tree to an online version so you can try it out. If you don't find it convenient for you, you can go back to work on the software (the conversion didn't delete the project from your software).
By the way, I see that you imported a gedcom tree to your site. This is an editable version but doesn't include the photos association. I recommend to delete it and avoid duplicate family trees:
Is there still no way to convert from FTB-tree to online tree?
I really want both options.
1) when I am in a place with no internet I use FTB to update/research/show the content of my tree.
2) I want my family members to help update the tree.
Do I really need to manually update all the time?
The main problem is the images, the rest is fixed by deleting the tree and uploading a new gedcom.
For some reason it seems the gedcom from the backup imports the images while the one from FTB does not.
So the solution is to manually update my FTB with the edits that my family tree members make and then when there has been a new backup made I download the backuped gedcom and load it as a online tree.
This works but lead to multiple copies of pictures, I would also have to turn off smart matches in the online tree, but I like the online environment for smartmatches best.
Is there plans for changes in this area that migh help us decide whether or not to use FTB?
