Our Family Tree Builder software doesn't have a Mac version yet.
We've received many requests for this, so producing a Mac version is definitely in our plans. In the meantime, you can wait until we have a Mac version, or continue to grow your tree online.
A tree can be built online on MyHeritage.com, using a Mac. If you have a tree already and it has been published into your own family site on MyHeritage.com, we can, at your request, flip a switch so you'll be able to continue editing your tree online on your Mac, with a browser.
Please let me know if you'd like that. You can also import an existing tree into MyHeritage.com via import GEDCOM, and then continue editing it online on the Mac. Let me know if you need assistance with this.
Thank you for the immediate answer. I have already a tree on my mac, I just wanted to use the new version 7.0. I will wait and hope for a mac version very soon.
I have just got a new Macbook Pro & am finally dumping my very old PC - Hooray!!! Ha! Could you please change my account to the online version & e.mail me instructions of how to use/access it - web address etc. It would be such a shame for me to loose all my research.

I have some serious tech problems with my family site and have written at least 5 letters to support in the last few days. There has been NO RESPONSE. They can pick up the phone to call me (here in Israel) but they couldn't care less. One problem was wrong information on my credit card charge. One matter was the Family Tree builder is screwing up all my defraults. One problem is I paid for the records search - it worked for a day , and although shows that I paid for it, doesn't work. There are a few other problems but the support here is a total failure. None of my members can work on the site - the sync with FTB7 has blocked all of them. The other day I found where to give access, but today it doesn't appear in the main website.
WHERE IS SUPPORT? HOW CAN YOU RUN an on-line business this way? Are you waiting for some company to buy you out before you have to set up a good support service???
You can cancel at any time by clicking the link “Stop the backup service” from the Backup Page on the family site, which is found on the family site in the Family Tree section.
There is no such a link. Can you please cancel the service as it was accidentally activated by one of the other site managers. This should never be allowed to happen without them being able to confirm the credit card details.

Hello, I seem to have created 2 sites with 2 trees and want to delete one of them. Unfortunately both sites have the same name, Hacker Web Site, and the same account information, email address and User ID. The site that I want to DELETE is at:

and the family tree associated with it is named 9576108-5. It has 921 names in it. I would delete it myself but when I go to the site it says that I am not a member, even though I am the site manager. I inadvertently created it a couple of years ago.

I had two sites under the same email address and specifically asked them to only delete one of them but they deleted both. and to top it all then reset my account to being basic, so when I try to reinstall my 15,000 plus tree I am over quota, raised two tickets (#2013050110005889 & #2013050210006733) but no reply in 10 days.
What are MH upto when one can not review the status of a ticket, can not contact them via a monitored email, can not phone them, are we mushrooms?
At least they are not food prohibitted by the creed of the dogma of myheritage.

Hello, I didn't use site for a long time, and delete mail which were registrar end first time, I was administrate my family tree site. Now I registered with new email, but can't access to my family site, because cant approve myself. Can you help me to change email. The family tree is Кривоженко. When i originally downloaded the soft ware to build my family tree i used an old email address of my wifes, she has since stopped using the address and does not remember it or the password. All was rosey until the hard drive on my laptop went gaga and i lost everything. i am desparate to get back the info from my family tree. Please, please help
i can bring up my paid site but it doesnt recognise me as owner.
I have 4 sites and the only one that recognizes me is the free site transferred from dynastree.com. I have 2 trees in my premium site paid for up to 2014 which i have been unable to use for years. You have helped me before with this and it was not resolved so i gave up. I now have a 4ath site when my familytree site was bought out by you and my tree transferred here.
