I purchased what I believed to be a Premium account so I could look up birth, death, and marriage certificates but my account is still saying basic. I want my account to be switched to Premium or I would like a refund. Thanks in advance.

Tengo el mismo problema, soy la creadora de Messetta Web Site, mi nombre es Adriana Messetta, pero no puedo ingresar al mismo como Administradora. Sólo como miembro del mismo. Y no recuerdo lamentablemente con que mail lo he creado. Hay alguna manera de poder ingresar ?

I've looked into your account details and I've found that you have two trees that were made in the family tree builder - since they were made in our latest software you should be able to edit your tree online.
There is no need in activation.
However, if you would like other family members to edit the tree with you - you will need to navigate to Family Tree > Manage Trees > Edit Tree Settings > There you will have the option to change the permissions for editing either for Site Managers, only yourself, or every member on your family site.
