In the new instant discoveries feature... I go to the Discovery Hub page. I see the people displayed there but when I click on view discovery, it takes me back to the first page of my tree. I don't get the page where I can click yes or no and select to add tne new info to my tree. Any suggestions?
I am looking to get in touch with anyone that may be related to Alexander Munro Ewing who is my father. He also has a sister called Esther Sloan Ewing, her married name is McGennity. I believe they are from the glasgow Scotland area. Would love to get in touch.
There are no records of my family name in the US state in which my family has lived for generations. As a result, I cannot find information about my family through My Heritage. It also seem impossible to connect directly to anyone in My Heritage support (I can only find the FAQs for different topics in their support section). Does anyone know how to contact them to see why the records from my state are missing from their database?

Det jag tänkte på var däremot att personnamn och ortnamn emellanåt blivit fel, förmodligen för att den som indexerat haft svårt att tolka handstilen. Det är ju lättare att tolka om man "känner" personerna och orterna (och vet att familjens äldsta dotter hette Wendla, inte Rudla, för att ta ett konkret exempel)
Find it very difficult to find many records for Northern Ireland with the myheritage search engine. Same research on other sites gives results but as I do not subscribe to them I do not get to see details. Unfortunately myhertitage appears to favour USA records and I have chosen the wrong company for my needs. Will have to wait until my subsciption expires and then transfer over to another company. Been a bit of a waste of time.
I agree there should be a way of indicating "not proven" (Scotish law ) especially if the other party does NOT enter dates and/or places for facts, and there lots of that type of researcher.
With the "not proven" indication there should be a way or comunication with the original reseacher something like
Dear 'Researcher', Please can you give me some more details on .......?
With the other person being able to reply no-matter what level of subscription they have (thus encouraging non-members to become members as by updating thier research details they will get more 'matches')
I have tried to research births and deaths in England through MH - but get no where. I have tested the credability by searching for births or deaths that I have certificates for - and still get no where. What is the point of paying a lot of money if the records aren't complete?
I have used Genes reunited before and though not a member any more checked these births and deaths there. I only get the general info - not the complete info - but enough to set me on the right track. How come they can show me alternatives that are sensible - without costing anything whilst as a fully payed up member of MH - I get no where. I am getting frustrated.

In order to find records from a specific country, I would like to recommend you to refine your search by country / state / city by entering a location on the field(s) named: Place. Thank you for your reply, which I'm afraid I didnt find very helpful. I am fully aware of the different search possibilities. This was not my problem.
As I wrote in my first mail, even when I have all the necessary info (as i have the relevant cerificates already) MH still couldn't find the person in the files. Therefore the files must be inadequate! This was my point. Does MH not have a large database of e.g. Births in England? Especially London? Apparently not when it is impossible to find people - but I can find the same people in the registers at Genes Reunited where I am not a member, but of course can onlysee the summary of info but not all the details.
I expected more from the research and I am disappointed with MH.
BTW when will MH have the 1911 census from England?
Some of our UK collections, such as the UK 1911 Census has been removed temporarily. The reason for this is due to a contract expiration with a third party that the 'Uk Records/collections are held by.
And we are currently working hard to find a worthy replacement for these collections.
