I noticed a couple of weeks ago that the count of anonymous visitors had disappeared, but assumed it was temporary. I would like to know if it is indeed temporary and if and when it will be restored. I always found it very informative.
Also, again, a few weeks ago I noticed that a few member profile pictures showed blanks. When I tried to replace the pictures, I could neither get rid of the blank nor upload another picture, although I had put the pictures there in the first place. Can that be fixed, please, even though the profile picture is different from the picture in the family tree?
I have tried to contact support twice because my Request Membership and Contact Site Manager links do not work on my website. Both times I have used the Help/Support representative link and the e-mails have come back as undeliverable. How are you suppose to contact support when the links don't work?
I would like to combine two (more) trees together. I am aware that I can create tree in MHTBuilder and import another one into it and combine it. I am doing it right now. But my idea was to have separate trees in MHTB, synchronize them on one Website and combine them through one common person that is in both tree, but on website setting, not directyl in MHTB. If you would click on that person, the tree for he/she would have opened. It would be simplier to me to manage the separate trees, because some of them are used for another website.

I'm beginner on my heritage. And I would like to know how can I share the tree to others with and without give the access to edit the tree. Second, what is the difference among free, premium, and plus account. And how much price charged to each account.
Through "discoveries" I have gotten hundreds of distant ancestors added to my tree. The problem is that most of these aren't my own ancestors, only their siblings and their children. I don't want an endlessly sprawling tree with new matches for my indirect ancestors. How can I avoid indirect ancestors added, or delete them quickly? (The normal way of deleting individuals would take forever in this case)
There is not a way to 'avoid' which type of relative you can receive an Instant Discovery about.
However, you can simply ignore that Instant Discovery, if you are not interested in it. When you receive a Discovery, you can always review to which person on your tree those discoveries are and each relative is presented according to the person's point of view. For instance, if you receive an Instant Discovery to "John", it will show you the new people that can be added and the relation of those people to John - 'his uncle', 'his father', etc.
If it seems irrelevant to you, just reject the Instant Discovery by clicking on "Reject" on the bottom of the page by the "Add to tree" button.
You must inform yourself first of the linguistic and cultural practices of the person's culture of origin. For example, rocket builder Werner should be entered with a last name of "Von Braun"; but composer Ludwig with a last name of "Beethoven".
Hey! I should have written that I DO know the meaning of "De" and "Von". Really! My concern is whether AUTOMATED SEARCHES can handle it. The search on FTB does not. If I type "Lorraine" when the last name is "de Lorraine" the FTB cannot find the person.
If you are using our mobile app for Android (for smartphones and tablets such as Samsung ones), then there is not a way at the moment to centre a photo so that the face of the person appears on the correct centred part of the profile picture.
I will forward your question as an improvement suggestion for our Mobile Team, to take in consideration for future new versions of the app.
Some people on my page shows up as «unknown», for no appearant reason. They look fine in the offline app. Why? Also, is there a way to get support on this page? I paid top dollar for it, so I would expect it, please pardon my bluntness.
