Thanks for letting us know about the inconsistencies you are experiencing.
I'll have the tech team take a look at it from our side.
In the meantime, please go to your family site and check under Genealogy -> Family Trees to see how many trees are listed there. If you have duplicates, please delete the oldest ones.
This should take care of the problem without losing any information as long as you published WITH photos the last time you published your tree.
If not, go ahead and delete all the trees and then publish again making sure to include photos.
Let me know if you have any success on your end. I'll keep you posted about what the tech team finds out over here.
Display of photos on Immersive Family Tree seems to be hit and miss now days...some times we go to the site and all is good some times we see it and the names are all there but no photos?
On Photo Albums, the default is 'Thumbnails' - On this view there are albums automatically created of some (not all) family members beneath the section: Photos of Family Members, but once changing to list view, these albums disappear which is fine because it doesn't automatically create albums for all the family members. My queries. Can these 'Photos of family members' which is created automatically in the thumbnail view be removed?

These should be bona-fide albums - if they are showing just thumbnails, something happened during the publishing process that prevented them from being created.
Can I ask you to download the latest version of FTB - yesterday an update of FTB2.0 went out...
Then try to publish again and let me know if you continue to have the same problem.
I was at Administration of calendar and changed the upcoming events to reflect birthdays of 'All people' - the page updated 'sucessfully' with now '0 events' - went to front page and all the upcoming events were gone - went back to admin calendar and changed it back to 'only living people' - but still no upcoming events???
The message says that I have to approve an uploader once, but the option doesn't appear for me to do this. I drag & drop photos but nothing happens when I click the upload button? pleae help
IE - I switched the pop-up blocker off, signed-out, rebooted - still there was no-change.
I try to search the msg boards before submitting a query, but when trying to open the 'found' item, the page jumps to the msg board of that query and then I have to back page-by-page to find the item again. So it's easier to submit a new query???
I have the platinum subscription and it says face recognition is supposed to be available on the website but I've never seen it anywhere. Where is it? Or is it 'coming soon'?
On FTB a person can choose what clour they want to differentiate between a male and female, but once uploaded to family pages, the colour scheme defaults to green and orange? I take these colours are My Heritage template colours, but I would like to choose my own colours. This option is available on the FTB.

2 different looks - you mean the 'stretched' and 'non-stretched' - not very exciting ;-/ Scottish Highlands - now that's beautiful, but how much do u know about South Africa? I think it's the most beautiful country in the world. I am a descendant from India and I'm really glad my ancestors chose South Africa - check-it out sometime. The country themes sound like a cool idea. Your members can match it up to their origination or current location???
Ah, sorry, I was referring to the MyHeritage look and the 3D theme - although, I must agree with you neither one of them is very exciting at the moment. ;)
I bet South Africa is an amazing place! It must be so rich with colors and life. I can just imagine that it is a very impressive country.
For starters, it will be really cool if the standard could be the general understanding that blue represents male and pink represents female - don't know how the other members feel about this???
