How hard can it be? All I need is to be able to the the login button to work! I don't need a BB edition or a program just for BB. I can access the site from my BB. Just get me a login button that works!!!
I have now a second accound by myheritage.com because verwandt.de is now Myheritage.
I don’t understand that I have in my new accound (old verwandt.de) basic plan (=free) expiration = unlimited, storage = 2000MB and famili tree = unlimited and by my myheritage accound premium plan (60EURO/year) expiration = 1 year, storage = 500MB and famili tree = 2500.
Okay the smart matching is enhanced, priority support,… but I payed 60 EURO (I ask me why now) for that and for what is the premium plus plan now???
Why we (original myheritage) don’t have the timline widget?
You have one site that we created for you when we moved your tree over from Verwandt.de. That site is unlimited in time and space, since this is what we gave Verwandt users that moved to our site.
I do see that under your account you have a site that you upgraded yourself. Please note that this means that you have access to the extra Premium features in Family Tree Builder, which you wouldn't get otherwise (if you were only a Verwandt user).
Premium FTb features include Smart match merge, Smart Research, Priority support and more to come!
But for the 60 EURO I have by myheritage -verwandt, all what I have now (premium myheritage) unlimited tree and 2000mb space.
And after one year if I don't want to keep my premium plan (don't want to pay) (downgrade) I have 250 person and 250mb limit not so for the myheritage-verwandt basic.
All plans basic, premium and primium plus plans have all what myheritage members have in the same plan, plus an extra.

Ich habe bei myheritage im Januar ein upgrade (60 EURO) gemacht, weil ich die 250 Personenlimite im Stammbaum überschritt. Ich frage mich jetzt weshalb???
I'm sorry, but some notes are not transferred with a family tree when a tree is published from Family Tree Builder. We are working on making this feature improved for future versions.
Importing a Gedcom file to your family site, does not replace a previous Gedcom file, it adds a new one to your family site.
Each time that you publish a family tree to your family site from Family Tree Builder, if you leave the name of the project the same, then the publishing will replace the previously published version of the project.
I see that you only have a web tree on your family site at this point in time. This means that if you either publish a tree from Family Tree Builder, or import a Gedcom tree, it will create a new tree on your site.
In order to view all your family trees on your family site (those that you made online, those that you made in Family Tree Builder and published online, and those imported from Gedcom files) so that you can edit or delete a tree: go to Family Tree > Manage Trees.
When guests enter my family tree site and then click on the Tree tab and then click on "About tree" (members click on "Manage tree"), all info is shown, but under the tree name, it says "Foute stamboom" ("Wrong family tree") with a green check mark. What does this mean? Thanks.
Under the Manage Trees section one tree will be listed as the 'default tree' with a green check mark next to it.
If you have more than one tree, you can choose which one will be listed at the default, and will be set to open up as the tree that you see first under the Tree section.

In my settings (Settings -> Startpage -> tab Other) there are two trees mentioned:
One called: First tree - VISSCHER
One called: VISSCHER
I've tried them both and they look just the same. Is there a way to delete one of them from my settings? (As long as the names are not attached to just one tree). Thanks again.
I see you only have one tree published from Family Tree Builder and it´s already set as default. Make sure you log off and then log back on to your account to make sure your screen is refreshed.
Starting from the main page, please click on the Settings tab, then click on the Homepage link and then on the Other tab. Then go to the "Family tree to display" list box. Now, in my case, I can see two tree names. I would like to delete one of them. How can I arrange that?
Whether I choose the first or the second tree, they both look the same. Forget the Manage Tree section. Everything is looking all right there. Thanks.
Ah, now I understand! I interpreted the two entries there as two different trees. But the first just explaines which tree is current. As I have only one tree, it confused me. Thanks very much.
