If you want to change your profile picture then simply go to site members, find your self, click on it and here you will have the option to edit your profile. At the right hand side you will see your picture and below it replace, if you clik on replace you will have the option to change it with another picture.
As for the other members of your site, because it's their profile, they will need to change it for themselves.
It depends whether you are looking to edit the tree in this person's profile or in the tree and whether or not your tree was published from Family Tree Builder.
If you want to change the profile photo for a person:

Hey there, I just have a problem everytime when I upload an image for the celebrity look alike thing - because it always comes out with a new page halfway done loading but suddenly it says "sorry, this photo no longer exists on our server. it has been deleted". How can I get rid of this problem?

I created a celeb. collage, but didn't copy & paste the html code for posting to various sites. How do I get back to that? I see my collage picture in my album, but it's not quite the same visually - it's a little smaller and not flash-enabled. It's just a still image.

I uploaded a picture of myself for the celebrity face recognition program, however idid NOT make a collage, nor did I morph the image. Is this image of me saved anywhere? And if so, is there any way to delete it?
How do you use the face recognition in your family tree? The gold level says face recognition is 'included' but I don't see how I can access that feature? Where can I find more info?
Simply to your site>photos and videos and choose the picture you would like to compare. Click on the picture to see it bigger and in the next screen just above the picture you will see the option of celebrity matching!
