I have been playing with the new morph feature, and it works only half the time and the website is soooo slow no matter the time of day or night. My problem is finding the morphs I have saved. It has been over 24 hrs and they still are not found in my album. Will they ever show up? I also find it frustrating when I have to remake a morph to get the html code because it is no longer accessible.
Apologies for the slowness, this will remain the case until we increase server capacity, which will take a few more days. Like face recognition, morphing is an extermely cpu-intensive computation that requires a large number of servers. Saved morphs, unlike saved collages, do not go into your album. So you really should save the HTML for them once they are saved and the HTML is made available to you. Or, save the link that is created for you when a morph is saved. That link points to a page on the MyHeritage Website that hosts each morph video, in case you don't want to put the HTML in a blog and have the morph video accessible from there.

I am about tired of waiting for morph to return. Any new estimate of how long it will be????
The morphs will come back soon, in a big way . We are putting in place the infrastructure to support them properly.
Can you please email me some of the links you have created that mention that the morphs have been deleted? I'd like to look into that. Email to: gilad at myheritage dot com. Thanks.
Hi. Have pasted the generated code in my myspace profile edit section. It seems to have worked, but when I view my profile I cannot see the collage. The space where it ought to be is blank with a small red cross in the corner. Right clicking and selecting "show picture" doesnt help. Is there a probem with the site??
Could have been a temporary glitch. Does the image still appear as broken now? If so I'd recommend creating a new collage and saving the new HTML code instead of the current one, just in case.
Ok, i am having the same problem as several others... everytime i download a photo, i get a blank screen afterwards...i have tried several different photos, and yes they were just "head" shots....i have checked my browsers to make sure they were enabled...and i have updated my flash 9. I have done everything correct, but still no results...so if anyone knows how to fix this or has any suggestions, please let me know! Thanks. I would really like to enjoy this site, and it kinda sucks already being dissatisfied on my first day of using it....
hello... afterwards my screen is just white and i see nothing but the box where something should be.... how exactly do i change my browser? Thanks for responding to my question!
1. Let's make sure cookies are enabled in your browser.
Go to 'Tools' -> 'Internet Options' -> 'Privacy' -> 'Advanced'
If cookies ARE enabled, there will be a greyed out area where you will see 'First Party cookies' and 'Third Party cookies' ALLOWED.
If cookies are NOT enabled, click the boxes that say 'ALLOWED'.
Next, delete your temporary internet files and try running Face Recognition again.
2. Your web browser is most likely either Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox. If you are using IE, you can change to Firefox and try using Face Recognition again.
Okay, so, I'm fairly new at this website, but I don't understand something.
So, I have done the celbrity face matcher and gotten results a couple of different times. each time I have emailed the results to myself by clicking on the 'email to a friend' link. I do recieve the emails in my inbox, but I don't know what to do afterwards. I want to make a collage, but every time I go there and click 'start my collage' it just puts me throught o the upload form again. How do I save the results I get and then use THEM for my collage?
When I upload my photo for the face recognition it brings me to the page where it should show my results, but it shows nothing but a blank page. I've tried using the recognition system with three different types of browsers (AOL, Firefox, IE) and still the same reslult. I'm almost positive that my computer had all the updated stuff like flash and java... Any suggestions?
I had the same problem. What I did was enable cookies for myheritage.com via browser settings and deleted my temporary internet files. After I did this it worked fine and was amazed at some the results. Very fun to do!!
I have tried repeatedly and when I save the html code to myspace it just shows the code and not the collage I am trying to post. Lame! How do you get it to show the actual pics?
What you need to do is paste the HTML code that our site gives you to the HTML section of a blog entry (reached after clicking 'View source' in MySpace) and not as regular text. If the HTML code is pasted as regular text the pic isn't shown and all you get is some strange-looking HTML. Hope this helps!

To copy the HTML code, you can select all of it using the mouse and press CTRL-C on the keyboard. To paste it, press CTRL-V once in MySpace.
Sounds like you were doing everything correctly. Our site sometimes times out at peak hours due to extreme demand. We are about to double server capacity in a few days, I recommend that you visit again and re-try in 2-3 days and you will quite certainly meet with success. Good luck.
