Does it tell you that you need to download Flash again after you've already installed it?
There seems to be a bug in older versions Macromedia Flash player that is causing problems.
What you need to do is go to http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/knowledgebase/index.cfm?id=tn_14157 and download the special Adobe uninstaller for Flash. This will clean your system of any previous versions of Flash player.
After you have finished this, please download the newest version of Flash again.
Once this is completed, I would be happy to invite you to visit MyHeritage once more and use Face Recognition.

i to just get a plain white page theres nothing there.... everytime i try to do it ive cleared, deleted and used different programs why is it doing this do i not look like any one?
It won't work for me. I've been trying for days. I get the same blank white page. I am using firefox (apparently safari isn't a good enough web browser) and I've set everything right. What's the dealio?
I seem to be having the same problem as several people, I get nothing but a blank page when I try to upload my photo on the face recognition. I have enabled my cookies, cleared my temp internet files, uninstalled and reinstalled the latest flash player, tried running on both firefox and explorer.. and still nothing....
help?
Sorry about that, it's not you, it's us. We did some maintenance over the weekend that caused some people to get blank screens. You should be okay now.
So I just cried to the team "How could you take the Morph away!?" - and they said they are working on it as fast as they can. They didn't give me an exact time, but they said it will be soon...
Now, the link i shared with you to my daughter's morph doesn't work anymore :-( I wish I could just get some straight answers on what happened to morphing. I know I asked about it not too long ago but that post seems to have disappeared?! Are they just tired of hearing my questions or what???
For some reason the celeb face recognition is not working. I tried different photos and the page froze every time. Please let me know if this is a problem with Heritage.com or me. Thank you, Shelly
We had some maintenance issues over the weekend but everything is working just fine now. Go ahead and try again. Let me know if you still have troubles...
I used two photos, the first came up with mostly women, the second returned almost all men, both photos were taken the same day, and in both pics I had a mustache!

Even the founder of MyHeritage got back Liv Taylor as one of his matches.
I get quite a kick out of seeing the strange and unexpected matches. My friends were on the floor laughing when they saw Mr. Bill Gates, and hey, I couldn't help but laugh too!
Just a tip: if you use different photos, you may get different results. The better quality and clearer your photo is, the better matches you will get.
Yesterday Leslie Nielsen came up as a look alike, but today I could not get his picture up. Am I related to him, and was his picture withdrawn for some other reason?
If you ever want to check to see if a celebrity is in the database or not, just click on the link called 'Celebrity List' on the Face Recgonition page.
About your being related to him, I can't say, but you really DO look like him :)
I don't know what I am doing wrong, but when I try to post the celebrity look alike it says "cannot read configuration file." I am just posting it under 'about me'. Maybe I am really stupid, but I don't know what you mean about "view source". I have right clicked and gone to 'view source' and exited out of it, even tried pasting it there, and I still haven't had any luck. Any help would be much appreciated. This site it really cool, and once I figure it out, I am sure it will be AWESOME!
